  • Q1: Do you provide product warranty for your internet tv box?
    A1: Yes, we offer 12 months warranty. The warranty is voided for physically damaged boxes and boxes that are hacked/reprogrammed.
  • Q2: Where do you ship, and how do you ship?
    A2: We can ship to anywhere that international express (DHL, TNT, FedEx or UPS) reaches. We usually ship Zoomtak brand internet tv box on the same day and the next day if the order is placed. OEM & ODM internet tv box orders lead time based on customize requests.
  • Q3: Will Zoomtak internet tv box work on any TV?
    A3: Yes, Zoomtak internet tv box will work on any type of television.
  • Q4: What type of internet connection do I need for Zoomtak internet tv box to work?
    A4: The minimum requirement for internet is a broadband connection at least 10mbps. However for high definition (HD) streaming at 720p and above we recommend a internet connection at least 20mbps.
  • Q5: What Kodi add-ons are pre-installed?
    A5: We ship Zoomtak internet tv box without any add-ons installed. You will need to install the latest add-ons at the first step of unboxing using “media manager” if you wish following out guide in our technical support. That makes sure your tv box add-ons always working.
  • Q6: Why cannot access the main interface? (no signal on TV)
    A6: You may choose the wrong signal source, please check whether the switch corresponding to the link mode. HDMI line link, a television signal source selection of [HDMI], then the dibbling machine set to HDMI output, select the HDMI button on the remote machine.
  • Q7: Why the streaming is not smooth?
    A7: Maybe insufficient bandwidth on the network. This product is recommended the network bandwidth is in 4M above. Please contact with the network service provider access network information, and to upgrade the network bandwidth.
  • Q8: Do you have air mouse packed together with box?
    A8: No, our standard packing exclude air mouse or keyboard, but we can pack for you if you supply us extra accessories. All Zoomtak internet tv box packing already includes accessories of remote control, power adaptor (US, UK, EU, AU standards as per market), 1.5M HDMI cable and user manual.
  • Q9: Will you update firmware in the future as per market change.
    A9: Yes, we will send out updates with the latest version as per market change when we feel that they are stable enough to run on our box, users can update box by OTA update.
  • Q10: Does the device have Root right as a Superuser?
    A10: Yes, all of the device have got the Root right, you just use it as a Superuser.
  • Q11: What are my payment options?
    A11: We accept PayPal, Western Union & TT wire transfer payment way.
